Leppin Carbo Loader is widely used by endurance sport athletes as a pre-event carbohydrate loader.
Rather than the usual pasta binge the week before a race use Carbo Loader for 3-4 days leading up to the event.
It also acts as a great carbohydrate supplement on long training days. It can be enjoyed as a delicious milkshake (when mixed with low fat milk) or simply mixed and consumed with water.
Dissolve 4 scoops (100g of powder) in 1 litre of water.
For carbohydrate loading take 1 – 1.5 litres daily for at least three days before the event.
Drink small amounts (i.e. 1 glass) at regular intervals throughout the day.
